From the Core of My Anticipation

Many lost things I got back last night.

I got back
All faith and peace and tête-à-tête
And all fresh compensation of virtue and valor and effort.

The sky returned the kite disconnected long ago.
Mohananda I got back the alive, and the full-moon serene
And the busy land that erases the starved months.
The time accompanies me with all these pleasures.

And then comes the pleasures one by one-
The labor replaces the long-established trickster,
And the peasants get respects from all corners,
And all the barbarous nations have been defunct,
And the liberty from all oppression and hunger.
I got equal medication for all,
And the running rivers free from all hurdles.

The new brides I got to smile at the white flowers
That bring vegetables
With all fresh dawns!

but the night ended with an unfinished dream
And began to mock at all satisfaction.

If the next dream brings everything back in my hand
I must fetch them for the people of my land!

Things To Talk Of

It’s time not to talk of
Who left the welcoming imprints on the stone of life
Or who offered fresh juice instead of water.

And it’s time not to talk of
Who joined the carnival of pigeon race
Or who received rains of petals on arrival
Or who made the flowers fall from the trees
Or where all sorrows gathered together.

And it’s not time to talk of
The butterfly on jasmine
Or the sunray on the cheek of leaves
Or a thorn that mistakenly pricked my toes.

Now is the time to talk of
The barren time that pierces our existence.
Let the color of life cry for
The transient sorrows.

The rains now will fetch
The hope of grain to the fields.

Now is the time to talk of
Destroying all rust of inaction.
